🔹 Return/Exchange Timeframe: Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
🔹 Conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Tags/labels must remain intact.

Worn, damaged, or washed items will not be accepted.
🔹 Delivery Charges:

If you receive a wrong or defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

In all other cases, courier charges for return/exchange must be borne by the customer.
